Utility Solutions Underground Cable Stripper
The Strip-N-Coil is a heavy duty, one-piece underground cable stripper. It is machined from solid steel, dichromate coated and hardened for long life. The Strip-N-Coil does not use blades and requires no adjustments.
The Strip-N-Coil uses small holes at the base to hold a single concentric neutral wire. Twisting along the cable easily cuts the outer insulation or jacket. Once the outer jacket is removed, the Strip-N-Coil quickly twists all the concentric neutrals into a tight compact bundle using the large hook end.
The Strip-N-Coil works on underground cable from #2 through 750 MCM. It is designed to and operate with a 7/16” socket drive or 7/16″ quick connect drills.

Good overall design, used it straight out of the box to strip 6 cables and there definitely is a learning curve. Really struggled to keep it from snapping the neutral wire, going slow and trying different directions. Finally was able to stop the last one, but not sure if I improved on technique or just got lucky. I would recommend lots of practice before depending solely on this tool.
