OshKosh 7' Split-Post Hole Digger

We offer both Split Handle and Solid Handle Post Hole Diggers, each with blades made from our special alloy steel. The blades are welded for a strong, durable joint—no rivets to break. The fulcrum members are crafted from tough, channel-shaped steel with no castings. The blades form a circle about 6 inches in diameter, and each handle is attached to the head with two bolts for easy replacement. 

To use a Solid handle digger, start with the handles together, then pull them apart to grab the load. This motion is what you may think of for a typical post hole digger. 

With a Split handle, you are able to begin with the handles in an open position and move them across your body in a back-and-forth motion. The wider opening makes digging large holes easier.
