I recommend this product

Best sealant

I followed the directions for oil then this bees wax. I have walked through 4 inch puddles of water and have had no water issues like discoloration. Plus JL Matthew's once again was efficient in shipping and most excellent in price for this unit. I think I'll get a few years out of this before needing another jar.
