Good Customer Service - Matthews and Hastings

We received the stick and packaging was damaged to the point that it had to cut off of the stick. The button to open hook had no spring and fell out. Contacted JL Matthews. They contacted Hastings and we received parts quickly. Stick is now working perfectly. Thanks to both of you!!!!!
