ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all. Participation in the promotion/contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To be considered, all designs must include the following:
- Event name: "International Lineman Rodeo"
- Year: 2018
- Visual elements: Lineman/rodeo imagery
- All designs must be limited to four colors or less.
- No reproduced images will be accepted. All submissions must be original artwork.
- Designs must be uploaded to the dedicated JLMCO website landing page in one of the following image file formats: EPS or PDF.
- Submissions will be judged on creativity, how well the design captures the tradition of linemen and rodeo events and design execution.
The top three designs will be selected by a panel of JLMCO judges. The winning design will then be voted on by the JLMCO social media community and printed on the back of the official 2018 JLMCO ILR T-Shirt. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant during the entry period. Winning submissions may be altered slightly to ensure quality printing. JLMCO reserves the right to use all submitted designs for future marketing purposes. By submitting this form, you agree to be added to the JLMCO marketing email list.
PROCESS/TIMELINE
- Submissions open: August 7th
- Submissions close: August 31st
- Selection of top three submissions: September 4th
- Voting deadline for final design: September 14th
- Winner announcement: September 15th
Top three finalists will be notified that their design has made it to the next round of online voting. Winner will be notified via phone call and email.
