All of our manufactures are located in the USA but can run into delays with production, this may cause a delay with stock during busy times of the year. Example: Hurricane season.

We do carry special order items and made to order items on our web site that require the manufacture to make the ITEM at the time the order is placed. If this is the case with your order you will be notified at the time of your order by email.

USPS : All Free Shipping orders are shipped USPS, USPS orders are not  tracked by USPS in a timely manner and have very strict rules for delivery. 

This is a choice that only you can make with your location . Any shipments that  has left our location will be up to the customer to locate and file all claims with the USPS office. We will only create shipping labels and provide you with this information. We feel that is best that your are well informed about how USPS works.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
